At Scented Fragrances, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used.
Refunds may only be considered if you receive the wrong, damaged or leaking product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details and clear photos of the product.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
