Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used.
If you receive the wrong, damaged or leaking product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.
Approved returns must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
